All that you explained being the case, I think it may be that the issue is a combo of targeting and copy. Your copy is compelling in the sense that a lot of people relate to a lost age of music, but there may be a bit of a disconnect with your targeting in the sense that you are not speaking directly enough to your audiences known pre-existing interests, which are the specific bands you are targeting. So in short, if I was going to target fans of Pink Floyd, I would be talking about the qualities of Pink Floyd rather than a lost age of music. You could possibly target people who like "classic rock" but then you might need to do a little bit more to compel people to believe that you embody everything they love about that era.

That make sense?

Don't get me wrong, it sounds like what you are doing is working... It;s just not working on a high enough percentage of your audience.

I have't had a hard time targeting UK fans. They convert well for some artists and not for others. But I do think they are different than US audiences. And the US is such a big "classic rock" country that you might have more luck there.
