I can get into the panel to change my signature, but pressing the "update" button just puts it back to what it was originally. I want to try a new signature out, but I cannot make my changes save.
Thanks for letting us know about the issue. We will look into it shortly and let you know how to fix it.

Hi Tim,
Steve here from MMM Support. I just set up a sig file for the support profile and while I can't see that it saved my changes, I wanted to post here, just to see if it did take or not.
If this post appears without a signature file, then clearly we have to look further into the issue. If there is one, you may need to just try again.
Let's see...
This is a signature file. You can edit your own by clicking "profile" and selecting "Edit Signature". You can make it an image, or just plain text. You can also link it to wherever you like. Perhaps your Squeeze Page?
I believe it should be fixed now. There was an update needed which has now been taken care of. Let me know if you are not able to update your sig.

Hi John,
I'm trying to upload a signature graphic that's a 500x200 .jpg file and only 123 KB. I'm getting this error message:
tinymce is not defined
OlioFireSig-2.jpg: Error 999 - Unknown server error (check image size - may be exhausting memory)
Any ideas?
Thanks!
Arif
Hi Arif,
Sounds like the image is a tad too wide, but I'm not positive. I have a message into forum support and will post the answer as soon as I know for sure.

Hey Arif, actually it sounds like it might have just been a temporary server glitch. Can you try it again and let me know if you have the same issue?

Hi John,
Same issue. I logged out and logged back in as well. I keep getting this message when I try to upload my image.
"Can't find variable: tinymce"
Here's the image link. I uploaded to my site so you could see what it is http://www.oliosongs.com/OlioF.....reSig2.jpg
Thanks for the help.
Arif
Okay thanks. I'm traveling today but will look into it again on Monday and figure out what's up.

Hey Arif,
Just wanted to let you know that I am still working on this. The issue is isolated to the uploading images. So a temporary work around would be to just upload the image to your own server and then add an html image link instead of uploading. That will work.
You would create something that looked like this...
<a href="http://www.viralmusictoolkit.com" target="_blank"><img src="https://www.musicmarketingmanifesto.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/viralmusictoolkit468x60.jpg" alt="" width="468" height="70" /></a>

I am having the problem of not being able to update my signature. What do I have to do?
Thanks,
