I use 1shoppingcart. But it's a little pricey for the package that includes an affiliate program. They also have something called ad tracking which is like an affiliate link, but it doesn't pay a commission. That's very helpful when just looking to track the effectiveness of something. And 1shoppingcart is pretty reliable, while not every affiliate tracking tool is.
But there are hundreds of options out there if you want to try and find a cheaper one. But 1shoppingcart and Clickbank are all I have personally used.
