I've done some cursory searches and I'm pretty sure I can get this setup in wordpress available plugins, but I'm unsure how to trigger different email campaigns based on user language...this feature probably costs a billion dollars a month ha.
I have never done this, and I only took a brief look at this page I am about to link to (so there may be better solutions out there), but it seems like you could do something like this: https://wpml.org/documentation.....-language/
You could then make language specific squeeze pages, and on each page add the opt in form for a language specific aweber list. It shouldn't be to difficult at all.
I suspect there may be some handy plugins that will make the redirect process even easier.

I set it all up. I think it will work. Only one language so far and I have a better translation on the way. I'm having 1 facebook post, the thank you page, squeeze page, and first follow up email translated.
