I'm wanting to use email marketing to drive traffic and communicate with my fans. Before I do anything, I would like to develop a plan from scratch on what I need to be doing to to get things going. There's a lot of information about what you can do with email marketing but I couldn't find a business plan that strategizes towards the process of starting from scratch. Can anyone help or provide resources?

Steve here. I'm also the support manager for MMM.
Actually, email marketing is the central theme to the strategy that John is teaching here on the site. That said, the Insider Circle (where you're at now) focuses on more advanced strategies, that all compliment John's core strategy.
