This may be of interest when listening to monthly training lessons.

I've recently discovered an alternate player for mp3s and videos which allows you to alter the speed of playback which seems to work for me up to 1.6 times faster for the coaching calls and training videos once you download them and play them through it. It's called vlc player and it's free.

Another one for many mp3 players is called Rockbox and this allows you to alter the speed without affecting the pitch too. Also free but a bit of work to install it.

I do also remember a paid piece of software which lets you speed up the playback of flash videos without downloading them though I've forgotten the name of it.

Perhaps there's an app for iphone users.

I've found listening at speed helps me get through the  learning material at whatever pace I want and you might find it useful too.

Cool suggestion. I just hope you're not missing any of the good stuff. But if it's working for you then that's awesome.

With MMM, I've found there's lots of parts to it so this helped me listen first but I have gone back and listened again at normal speed while implementing especially the html stuff.

I thought this might help some people get the information they need quicker.
