Hi guys,
Steve here. I'm personally not familiar with the service at all, so I can't really speak to its effectiveness or reliability.
I'm sure there will always be concerns of setting off alarm bells with anything that interfaces with a third-party service, so please do some due diligence and make sure you have a good grasp of how it works and what's to be expected.
Let us know how you make out, if you decide to try it out.

I use Tube Assist. It's not as good as it's pre-runner tube toolbox which offered a lot more controls and features, but it does work. The important thing is to enter a good 20 message variations - Youtube flags up repeat messages as spam, but doesn't if it varies sufficiently. The good thing is that it gets genuine views and comments which organically build over time.
One thing I would recommend - just to be on the safe side, create a secondary Youtube account and send messages from there. Youtube do change their parameters regularly, so it will stop your primary account from being in any danger. It hasn't happened to me yet, but better safe than sorry.
