In this month's training module we are going to cover something that is perhaps a bit advanced for many of you reading this. With that said, I think this is a strategy that every musician should be aware of. It's called "Retargeting".

Why do I think retargeting is so important for musicians? Because it essentially allows you to become "famous in a bubble".

In a nutshell, retargeting allows you to cookie your existing traffic and then display your ads specifically to them, wherever they go on the internet. This allows you create the impression that you are everywhere, and to duplicate the same experience that major labels are trying to create when they spend millions of dollars on national branding campaigns, but without all the financial waste.

Whether you act on this now or simply keep this tip tucked away in your musical marketing play book. I think this is something every musician should now how to do. It's the perfect addition to a low budget album release that is looking to create a massive impression.

Note* As we were recording the webinar I realized that I was sounding like I was pushing this company pretty hard. I just wanted you guys to know I have no stake in this at all and I'm not making a cent from Retargeter.com. They are simply one of the industry leaders and they were nice enough to sit in on this training lesson. Just to give you some options, Fetchback is another similar company. However when I was looking into companies as a customer, Retargeter was much more responsive which is why I ultimately asked them to join us.
