All advertising is risky, and I wouldn't expect FB ads to do well promoting real estate, but I can tell you from years of experience with it that it can be very effective for musicians. But you really must dial in your ad, squeeze page and targeting.

I wont be able to personally create a squeeze page for you, but hopefully going back over the content in these lessons will help you do it yourself. But if SEO is working for you and you're happy with the results then by all means, stay the course.
