Hey folks,
For an upcoming training module I am going to be critiquing a handful of websites and trying to point out what people are doing RIGHT, and what areas might need some IMPROVEMENT. If you'd like me to review your site and use it as part of this exercise then just reply to this thread and leave the URL of the page that you are promoting.
As for how many sites I can review... This depends a bit on how long each review takes. I may be able to review quite a few, I may only be able to review a handful. We're going to have to see how things play out.
Selection will largely be based on first come first serve. The only exception to that might be if I get a block of very similar pages in a row. This will be an exercise that offers a learning opportunity for everyone, not just those that are selected for review so variety of sites submitted will also be a factor, but the sooner you get your site submitted the better.
I'll be recording the reviews and sharing them in an upcoming lesson.
Now go ahead and reply to this post and submit your URL if you'd like your site to be reviewed. This should be fun
Having trouble with your marketing? Wish you could have an experienced direct-to-fan marketing expert look over your actual campaigns, music, or content and offer feedback? Or perhaps you’re just looking for a little one-on-one assistance so you can ask questions that pertain to your specific goals and get a second, more experienced, perspective? Click here to book a session with me now.
If you want to listen to something that sounds like you are getting punched in the face by Alice In Chains and Metallica, suplexed to the ground by Tool and Velvet Revolver, and then picked up and dusted off by the softer sides of Pearl Jam and Soundgarden...then you need to check out one of the most refreshing new hard rock bands in quite some time...-->The Liberty Underground<--

Thanks,

Hey hey, I'm @
Thanks so much John. Just starting to get active here
so I figured this would be great, and quite an
opportunity. My targeting of my customer is off I'm sure,
so I've been putting in tons of extra work lately to get to-
gather new funnel material for an acoustic singer/songwriter
audience instead of just "pop" as I've said on my current
squeeze page. Would love to get your input!
Thanks, Brian
My squeeze page is http://johndissedsongs.com. Performing TERRIBLY.
Hi John, here is my URL http://www.reignmusicent.com
Thanks for the opportunity to get some feedback.
Flo has just started to drive traffic to her squeeze page at http://www.flobannigan.com. Her demographic is very young and they don't use many words (a generation raised on text messaging) so her choices reflect this. No opt-ins yet. Informal feedback from her web-savvy sister 'that big arrow looks like a virus' so she may need to re-think that if her traffic doesn't start to convert.
Flo also blogs at http://www.angrybaby.co.uk. She has used the MMM theme there too. You'll find music blogs and blogs about loom bands (current obsession of teen girls) in the posts, and a series of blogs about 'The Five Ages of Pink Floyd' which she set up as pages so they have a separate opt-in and list.
Thanks again
Deb
This isn't her squeeze page, but I'd like some feedback on the Main Content site if possible. Greatly appreciated!!
