Scott James and I have recently developed a new application for musicians and I'm looking for 10 beta testers. First come, first serve. This thing rocks. I had Scott help me create it because I wanted it for myself. We have decided to share it with the public as well.

Here's what it is and does...

It's called Viral Music Player and it's a simple to use player. Upload a track, enter some info, get some code, paste it on your site. Done.

But, when someone clicks on the player a pop up appears explaining that in order to unlock the player the user must click either a Facebook share button, a FB like button, or a Twitter retweet button (your choice during set up). The user clicks the button, a message appears on their wall saying that they just listened to your track and everyone else should too (you enter the message during set up), and the player unlocks and automatically begins to play.

When people see the message on facebook or twitter they click on it and are taken to the page of your choosing. Assuming that is the page with the player on it you will conceivably generate a loop of viral traffic.

This is what I need...

This is going to be a paid product. Because hosting is provided for the tracks there are some bills to be paid on our end. Thus, licenses will be annual. We would like to offer 10 people free copies of VMP. In return we ask for feedback from you about how you like it, what you like most, what you don't like, what kind of results you experienced, etc. We also ask that you send us a video testimonial that we can potentially use on our sales page. This doesn't need to be anything more than you in front of your web cam for 30 seconds saying what you think of the product and what results you got. And we want you to be 100% honest. We are not looking for fake positive reviews. If you don't like it, you're free to say that.

We should be ready to go into beta testing within the next 48 hours or so, we are looking for people who can put it to use and give us that video testimonial within 4 or 5 days of beta testing. I'm also happy to work with you via email if you have any questions or need assistance with the product.

I think this thing really kicks butt and I think you guys are going to dig it. Our hope is that it becomes one of those "everyone must own" kind of tools.
