Ok. I needed a flash banner ad in a hurry, and I got tired of futzing around with Adobe Flash CS4. There is an online web app that does what you need quickly. It's not free, and I ended up paying $19 to be able to download it, but (for me) it beat the coding nightmare that was sucking up my day. I probably could have found someone on Fiver, but had I to make a deadline.
