I'm using Convert Kit to manage my email and it has a neat feature, where it automatically segments cold subscribers.

Is it worth periodically deleting cold subscribers from our list?

Yes, it definitely is. Otherwise you just pay for nothing. That said, it;s really hard to see them go and you really want to make sure that they are good and cold before deleting. I culled 15 thousand or so a while back. That was hard to do, knowing that I probably paid more than $20,000 for those emails.

I have a lesson on it here: https://www.mmmanifesto.com/in.....your-fans/

It's more than 4 years old so it's a bit ancient, but the fundementals are still valid. Be sure to make note of the note below the video. This is an important step.

I'd also be sure to back up any subscribers before you delete them. You can always target them on Facebook, or you may realize that you made a mistake and want to import them back in.
