Hey all!
I have had a little pushback (in a friendly way) about how quick a new 'sign up' on the website goes through the LTO funnel...
I have been asked if I should wait and cultivate/grow the relationship more before they (a person who signs up for a free download from the website) goes through the LTO email campaign...maybe just sending more 'get to know you' emails before starting the 72 hour LTO
I know there ARE emails in the LTO campaign that do this...but, again, I am specifically asking if anyone has had 'more success' or not by elongating the 'funnel' and sending out more 'get to know you' emails before the 72 sale hour emails begin (?)
I know that EVERY audience is different...but 'generally' speaking here...
Thanks!
Jordan
Hey Jordan,
Typically, the more aggressive you are with email, the better you will do, but you'll also get more negative feedback from your list this way. So in other words, if you sent 1 email every day for 7 days you will usually do much better than sending 7 emails out over a month. Some of your subscribers will tell you otherwise but humans often say one thing and do another. The world isn't full of pushy marketing because it doesn't work 🙂
There are limits of course, but so long as you are keeping it real... go off of your positive stats, not your negative.Â
