Hey John: I didn't see anything on the site about this, but I'm assuming that you're looking for original content, rather than things that we've already published to EZA or our own blogs, right?
Anything else we should know about submission requirements? How about submitting and then publishing elsewhere afterwards?
Thanks! ~ Mike

Hey Mike,
The content really needs to be original for your own sake. there is little value in distributing the same piece of content to multiple sites and I don't personally ever do it intentionally. though there are those that do. But yes, I would like the content to be original, valuable, over 400 words and ideally include a pic or some other media, but that last one is not required.
I am just finishing up this month's training module and will have more on this, including a link where you can create a user account and post content.

Hey John:
Just wanted to check in with you again on progress with Hardcore Troubadour. I just went by and checked it out, and it looks like things are still in the early stages - do you have any kind of timetable as to when the SEO might be ramping up over there?
Also, I've been assuming that we should be choosing keywords to base our articles on using the same general SEO metrics that we've been using for EZA...but it occurred to me that this might not be a good thing to be assuming! Any changes there? Thanks!

Hey Mike, in case John doesn't immediately get back to you--and he has always amazed me with the attention he gives this forum--I've noted that a couple of the "Musicians Summer School" instructors have gone MIA. Could be a coincidence. However, it's also possible that they might all be wishing they were marooned on Gilligan's Island about now.
Thanks, Charley - yeah, that had actually crossed my mind, too. I think I'll probably just start posting over there anyway, to get a jump on things.

Hey guys, no I'm here. Definitely slammed though. I come through the forum every 2 or 3 days and look at/answer 100% of the posts, so you'll always here back.
HCT is in the early days but it's not too early to post. Just look at it as an alternative to creating your own blog as well as an opportunity for diversity. It will grow as people use it. You are free to publish any time. The traffic is slow, but it is already starting to come in. There will be a big redesign soon.
As for posting in summer school, I won't be doing that much until my two weeks come up. Just creating teh content now.
Charley - What did you mean by MIA?
