Hi folks ! I'm working on implementing the techniques taught in MMM into a record label website, and I was wondering if anybody has any experience doing this? Some of the things I'd be looking for that I don't think are in the MMM theme (at least out of the box) would be child pages appearing in the main menu drop down (to show multiple artists, releases etc.) and the ability to have a artist pages dedicated to showcasing the different artists on the label. Any tips or experiences would be greatly appreciated !
Andrew
Hi Andrew,
You can definitely do this, and you'd be able to create pages for each artist and add them as a drop down in the menu (much as you will see if you hover over the coaching tab here in the IC members area.
That said, I personally think you'd have much better luck doing something like this with TunePipe since you could create a funnel for each artist and a store for the label site that had all of the different products in one place as well. It's also just a lot slicker than WordPress which aligns with the expectations that fans would have of a label. Totally up to you though.
