Hello,
I hope you guys are well. I'm getting ready to release my 6th album. Shopping around for CD duplication companies....
I was wondering if anyone has used "on demand CD duplication" services ? They also seem to ship the CD for you...
(companies like: https://www.trepstar.com/prici.....llment.asp or https://www.ccnow.com/disc-on-demand , etc...)
If you did:
- how does the quality compared with regular CD duplication (where you manufacture for example a minimum of 500 Cds) ?
- Are you satisfied with their services ?
- Do you recommend any companies in particular ?
- Any other recommendations ?
Thanks a lot for your help and your time,
Eric
Hey Eric,
I've only ever used Discmakers with great success. But (unless something has changed) they don't offer print on demand.
I know @kevingoetz uses https://www.kunaki.com/ for print on demand and is happy with them. But there will be lots of options out there.

Thanks for taking the time to answer John. I looked into Kunaki and got some info from another band also. Interesting concept. In a nutshell, here is what Kunaki offers:
- They do duplication not replication ie their CDs are CDRs
- They don't do booklets, only a one page insert
- The quality seems ok but they have limited options (A sleeve or a Jewel case with a one page insert)
- Their shipping costs are competitive compared to shipping abroad from the US.
- It can be automated from their website. So you don't have to do the shipping which is a useful tool.
It seems like the company Artglider seems to offer the same services and you can connect them directly to your bandcamp page. I'll post more info here if I get any.
Thanks!
Eric
I used Atomic Disc in Oregon for a short run. CDs and covers looked great, discs sounded great, no complaints about quality that I heard.
I would use them again, unless anybody has a horror story,

Thanks David.
I have started a resources page for stuff like this. It will take me a while to fill it up, but once it's filled I'll post in on the MMM home page and link to it in the Nav bar.

Atomic disc does not offer drop shipping or print on demand, do they?
