Hey MMM!
When someone buys 'something' (an album most likely) from you...once they complete the purchase via Paypal- they (PayPal) automatically shows the customer a digital 'receipt'...and the customer MUST click 'return to merchant' in order to be sent to the 'up sell' page...obviously I am just curious if there is a 'work around' so that the customer is sent to the 'up-sell page' FIRST before they are shown their digital receipt... so that we don't have to 'hope' they hit the 'return to merchant' PayPal button (?). Obviously, the less 'hurdles' the better, right? Thanks!

Hey Jordan,
The automatic redirect only happens if someone has a paypal account and is logged in. If using a credit card it won't.
There is no doubt that paypal is not the best solution for payments. It just happens to be the most universal option that doesn't have a monthly fee, which is why I recommend it. If I pushed people towards an option with a fee people would be upset.
However, there are many services out there that can offer a better payment experience. One option would be using something like Woocomerce and stripe. I don't personally use them so I can't vouch for that set up completely, but from what I know of it, it should work pretty well. But you would want to do your own research on that.
Another thing to let you know about is that I will be launching TunePipe very soon and will be letting a few beta customers in within a week or two. TunePipe is not something you need, but it is a much more robust website and funnel builder with a much better checkout experience. If you are happy with your existing system that's fine, but if you are looking for something new, I just wanted to let you know that TunePipe will soon be an option.
