Before I share the good, I want to share the bad. I've had my rocky times. Like many who are sensitive, and artists usually are, depression takes a big toll on me when I get hit with it. And I do get hit. I take meds to stay "normal," and sometimes meds aren't enough. I'm saying this for the sake of those who think some people are immune from struggle. Your shit is probably different than mine; but we all have it. So suck it up.
Anyway... I have a song in the Billboard top 20 with a bullet!!! Yup, technically a "hit" song, and it's rising. And our band has been selling out shows at big venues. And I'm 55 freaking years old and have been waiting all my life for this. Oh.... and I'm getting subscribers for under $0.50/sub. To me, this is all freaking amazing.
So, do the work and keep on keepin' on. 🙂 Love to you all!
