A while back there was a discussion on who to use for short run CD duplication. I can't find the thread so I thought I would ask again who people use and if there are any better or cheaper options than disc makers or oasis.
Thanks.
I did my last run through Kunaki.com and am very happy with it. But you have to all the
CD and artwork yourself. You end up uploading a copy of your CD the way you want it,
and they do the rest.
Their prices fluctuate based on demand, so you can actually save some money by holding
your order until the unit price is a little lower.
There is very little interaction other than selecting your choices via their interface. So
if you need personal interaction then Kunaki wouldn't be a good choice.
Thanks Tim.
That sounds perfect. I do my own graphic design anyway.
FYI, if ever you are searching for a thread just use the "advanced search" function and tick the box so that a specific word is in the title. That usually narrows it down. The general search is usually to broad and turns up a million threads.

Hi Annie, how many copies are you thinking about for your short run?
What would a jam session with Gordon Lightfoot, Collective Soul, and Damien Rice sound like?
Check out Greg Parke and you’ll have a pretty good idea!
Hi Greg,
We're thinking about 50 each of two CDs - so 100 altogether.
Though we might go down to 25 each if we order through Kunaki. We're not totally set on an amount just yet.
Hey Annie,
If you don't have any luck, I do have a high speed CD duplicating tower. I have run several thousand CD's with no failures, and I would be happy to help you out if you wind up needing it. The drawback is I don't have the ability to print labels onto the CD itself, you have to use the stick on labels instead. It works ok, but doesn't look quite as "pro" as a printed CD.
