Yeah, I'll admit, it is kind of embarrassing when a new customer sends you an email to tell you your download link is broken. Kinda just screams, "Scam!"
Luckily I was reading my email when the support request came through. Could have been a disaster....
It’s been an interesting, but unintended, social experiment. The responses I get back from the women go something like this: “Thank you for fighting those evil computers for me. The song was more than worth the wait. May I wipe your brow?” The responses from the men are like: “If you were half a man, you would have gotten it right the first time!”
I guess a “take-home” message for everyone is: You can only learn so much from any teacher. You just have to go out and mess it up a few times. Fortunately, I’m not a celebrity, so my mistakes aren’t world news.
