In the past 3 days I've had 1 single new subscriber. I had to turn off the ad because I'm just bleeding money at this point.
The sad thing is I was getting 12 cent clicks.
I was changing one thing at a time on the squeeze page but that seems to have made things worse.
So far this has been a total failure for me.
Well, total failure is too harsh. Between the podcast, the MMM 4.0 lessons and the insider circle, I’ve learned a ton and have been constantly motivated to put work in.
It just hasn’t converted to sales or even a respectable number of subscribers.
I’m looking longterm and saying this will lead to success. I just haven’t figured out the right content yet.
H Jason,
You're really just getting started here. 3 days is not enough to know much of anything. There are SO man variables that I don't know exactly where to start.
Can you please post a link to your squeeze page, and your targeting options (interests, countries, age, etc)?
12 cents per click is pretty cheap, are you by chance targeting internationally?
How much are you spending per day and what is your campaign objective?

The ad ran for 11 days. I averaged $0.14 per click over that time. I have 17 legit subscribers from that.
The first 2 days I spent $30 doing 3 different ads at $10 with 3 different pictures to narrow the best picture of which there was a clear favorite.
After that I spent $30 again to see which of the ads with just the one picture was best. Again, a clear favorite.
After that I spent $20 per day on the 1 ad. But then, it stopped getting clicks so I totally changed the ad and tried again.
But, I still got no traction so then followed the advice given by you guys and started just changing one thing at a time and reverted back to the original ad.
I kept it at $20 per day for a couple more days then backed off to $10 per day when it wasn't getting anywhere.
Those last 3 days at $10 per day I was getting $0.12 per click and only 1 subscriber.
My ad set is Jack Johnson fans age 25 and above in the United States only. The other 2 were Cat Stevens fans and the generic Indie Folk.
My squeeze page is https://www.jasonbennettmusic......free-music
The campaign objective is traffic.
Thanks
Hey Jason,
You've made a lot of improvements on your squeeze page since I last saw it. It's much better. But I still think improvements can be made.
Some thoughts...
1. You are still not using the hard squeeze page template. Make sure you select "squeeze page" from the page template options. A hard squeeze page converts much better than a soft squeeze page.
2. The copy is ok, but it lacks a bit of confidence. I like that it is down to earth. But it sort of reads like you are saying you are old and the music was meant to be this, but now you're calling it that, etc... I think you could be a tad more commanding, or more completely embrace a comedic approach if you want to stick with the down to earth thing.
3. I would change your objective to conversions as long as you are spending at least $10/day.
4. Based on the description of you and your music in your copy I would have thought that Jack Johnson was completely wrong. I would also expect 25 to be to young. I would guess that you would do much better with Americana artists over the age of 35. But that's just a guess. Have you run a report based on delivery to see what is doing best?
5. what countries are you targeting? That click price makes it sound like you are targeting an international audience. Is that correct?
6. Your headline is clear and understandable, but it doesn't really sell the experience your music offers. It just describes it in a matter of fact way. I would go through some of the squeeze page and copywriting lessons here in the IC and take another pass.
7. What are the open rates on your emails in the funnel?
Have a go with making some of those changes and let me know the answers to the questions and we can take it from there.

Hey Jason,
just wanted to saw that my first results from this totally sucked. I think my first subscriber cost me £12!! But after working on it I'm now getting subscribers for roughly £0.50 each. It's taken a few months to reach this stage. I actually started working a side job to cover the FB ad spend so I don't bleed money. I've been keeping to a lower budget, about £3-£4.80 / day ad slowly testing ads and squeeze pages.
I've had a few sales but not broken even on the front end - yet. But now I am collecting cheap subscribers, I'm in a position to be able to test the next stage of my funnel.
As you've seen, the support here is great (the best I've seen from any online music mentoring program... and I've tried nearly all of them).
Just wanted to say if you're only 3 days in... don't give up yet!
Thanks for the kind words about MMM and the support, and for the words of encouragement for Jason.
