The home page is designed to be a blog page. Can you either show me, or mock up an example of what you are trying to do?

I'd like my homepage to feature a big photo with the menus on top rather than blog posts. I want an image rather than a bunch of writing.
Maybe something along these lines-->though doesn't need tp be scrolling

Hey Matt,
You would really want to use an entirely different theme for something like that. In my opinion, sites like those look nice, but they are designed by designers, not marketers. I find them distracting from the purpose of the site, which is to get people to quickly find and engage with the content they are looking for.
I'm sure you could pay a coder to design something similar up for you if you want to have the benefits of the squeeze pages with a custom home page, but it would take a pretty big overhaul as the MMM theme is not designed to do that. But again, for my purposes I would not take this approach. To my mind, the real goal of a site is to engage with constantly updating content. For that reason I put a blog on the home page. But you can certainly take any approach that appeals to you.
Another option would be to have someone design custom squeeze pages and sales pages to go with a different theme that you like more.
