Ive seen alot of what those numbers should be on the funnel but im wondering what i should be seeing on promotions? that is blog posts of offers to my email list(if im saying that right). Just want a bearing on whether im hitting the mark or not.

I'm not completely clear what you mean here. Typically when we are emailing our list about a new blog post that is not a promotion. Blog posts and similar, are posts that are designed to keep people engaged, not to buy something.
When we run promotions we are usually sending out multiple emails about a time sensitive opportunity to buy something at a special price or with a special bonus.
