It's certainly something we all need to watch, and the new policy is not good for advertisers. That said, I do not believe that the sky is falling. I believe this will impact bigger businesses and advertisers who use the audience network more than it does the average musician, but only time will tell. However, for me, the bottom line is that I have been advertising on Facebook for a decade, before conversion tracking even existed. So, while this may mean a shift in our strategies, it does not signal the end of advertising by any means. I plan to cover this in an upcoming podcast though, so keep an ear out in the new year.
