I think it sounds great. The video looks good as well. It's a great tool. What's the story so far in terms of albums sold, live shows, following, etc?

We have been around since 2009 where I started as a promoter throwing hip hop concerts.then i took on artists and started creating our buzz here in iowa.as i been going i been reading alot about marketing and how to get noticed with our music./its been working great .over the past 2 years our buzz is phenominal here in the state of iowa and i have been networking with all the right people as far as djs,promoters,artists,producer,videographers,photographers,bloggers and more.i feel have been doing alot of things right as far as standing out from the next artists here in iowa.alot of them have no common sense of this business and think performing on stage and recoring a song and they have made it.so now what i am doing is slowly trying to position our selfs as the label/entertainment company for hip hop in our state that is unheard and unnoticed.thats where this hawkeye yellow video and song really came into play because we dont have a hip hop song for our state.so i used the hawkeye yellow song to promote our state and our selfs 1ia enterainment and my artist pzy.so now what i am doing is using facebook as a major tool to promote us which it is being real sucessfull for us thus far and picking up my traffic on twitter and youtube.we have a decent number of hits on youtube for here locally but im really trying to get my youtube page generating major hits to get people to see what were doing visually instead of just flyers and posting on youtube.i am a major resurce in our hip hop market here in iowa and becoming a major part in the illinois hip hop community as well which is rigth next to our state.what i am here for is to learn more ways to pick up my press presence,to get more ideas as far as touring and doing shows.i know alot of the promoters in this area so we are a first contact to get on shows around here locally.we got business cards,flyers,posters,dvd,cds and t shirts were selling hand to hand but i really want to get our online sells up cause we have zero.so that is really what i want to learn is how to drive people to purchase our merchandize online and cds and singles.i am not looking for a deal right now i am trying to create the demand of us before we even consider to shop a deal and i have alot to learn so we dont get taken advantage of either.i signed up yesterday because i see you have alot of knowledge and know how to accomplish the goal i am trying to get to.thanks for your sight and your knowledge ! definetly looking to become a student above my class as i am ambitious in this as u are i have a high drive and focus when im doing somethin i enjoy.here is more of my links that u could kinda look at what im doing and what i can improve on.thanks again

Sounds cool. Creating an identity that is tied into your state is a great idea. I would think there would be all kinds of Joint Venture opportunities for something like that.
I cover the process of converting subscribers into buyers a lot in Music Marketing Manifesto, but I am realizing that there are a number of people who don't have MMM here, so I will be putting together a quick start video overview on the fundamental process so that everyone can get up to speed. That may take a week or so but I'll post it soon.

Hey Raymond,
Welcome to the Insiders Circle. You mentioned that your internet sales aren't what you want them to be. I'm still working my way through John's Music Marketing Manifesto 2, but so far everything I have learned is right on, and much of the content is about methods I didn't even know existed, and probably never would have learned about on my own. I strongly recommend that everyone in the Insiders Circle sign up for MMM2 if you haven't already done so. The cost is almost nothing compared to the content.
What would a jam session with Gordon Lightfoot, Collective Soul, and Damien Rice sound like?
Check out Greg Parke and you’ll have a pretty good idea!

Indeed Greg,
The 'cost' of the course isn't really even an expense when you can measure the results in albums sold and a growing list of subscribers. Of course you have to take action to cash in and see a return on the investment.
