Hi John -
i was just looking through the forum but I can’t find a training specifically on how we should go about unsubscribing inactive emails.
i thought there was something somewhere about this...maybe an email series template or something?
i just want to clean up my list big time right now so I can keep engaged subscribers on our list and start bringing in new folks too.
any help as to where I can find this would be awesome. Thanks!
paul
Hey Paul,
Is this the lesson you are looking for? https://www.mmmanifesto.com/in.....your-fans/
Just make note of the update that was added after the video was shot... ***Update: To avoid adding recent subscribers to your list who have never opened an email you can also add a “date added ” segment. To do this you would simply click the + icon to the right of your existing segment drop down. This will give you a second segment option. From that drop down you would select “dated added” and add a date that correlates with your “no opens” date. Thanks to Curtis for suggesting this improvement.

I did see this lesson actually, and thought it might be it...but for some reason I thought there was a specific lesson on how to unsubscribe people who don't engage with your list. But I'll check this out for sure, cause I'm sure it'll help, and anyway, I'd love to know how to re-engage people who once were more engaged. Thanks!
Hi Paul,
Yes, this lesson addresses both of your questions. Let me know if you still have questions after watching it.
Cheers.
