Hi, Michael Pickett here. I've been reviewing music for a magazine called the North Columbia Monthly for about 17 years now. We're a small print publication in Washington state (USA) that goes out free each month and is read by 10,000 people from southern British Columbia, Canada to Spokane, WA and surrounding areas.
I do a fair share of major releases, but do my best to include indie music as often as possible. I do two reviews each month, and so--depending on the level of interest--it might take me a bit to get to people, but would be happy to do so.
In return, I would just ask to be promoted to your list of fans in whatever way best works for you. And I review all sorts of music, so whatever you've got, I'm happy to hear (and I've heard it all...from cassette demos of lounge music to gregorian chant metal...:)
