Hey Pele,
I only had time to scan everything, but it all looks really good.
My biggest question mark is the squeeze page because the layout is so different than what I do. But all that matters is the results. Start monitoring subscriber, open, and click through rates and see if there are any trouble areas. Go from there.
Great start.

Hey John,
Really appreciate your feedback and you taking the time to review and comment.
I did venture off into my own old themes a bit, and did so with some trepidation, but what I've really learned is that what you're teaching is a solid start, and it is my suspicion that the more we can 'make it our own', with our own flavor, passion, and whatever else helps us uniquely tell our story, the better we will do in the open market.
As a quick aside, you may have wondered where I got the balls to suggest that in 3 months I hope to find some kind of success and perhaps even try to share my other projects...well, this is probably as good a time as any to share. I'm actually a software programmer, among other creative things I do, and I built a software learning and practice community called practicee (http://practicee.com). You could think of it as a membership site on steroids. What made me bring this up is the 'monitoring' point you made above. That's what I think is the NEXT step in online marketing. People having access to tools that help them monitor, measure, and optimize their workflow and progress. I don't claim to have any real success with it yet, but I'm putting the final pieces. My hope is that the credibility I get from successfully implementing your MMM strategy on my music, will give me the confidence to relaunch my practice environment.
Who knows, maybe someday the concept of 'practicing' what one learns will peak someone else's interest other than mine!
Cheers,
Dr. Pelè
That all sounds great. Nothing wrong with making it your own. But if conversions are off I would go back to basics just until you can dial in the creative. But yeah, the more your site and funnel reflect your own vibe, the better... Usually 🙂
And that all sounds great about the software. I'll check out the link. Good luck with it and keep us posted.
