Is there a way to access your fanpage "Likes" to send everyone out a message to the free download track?

Oblivously a way to automate this would be way to go...

Can't you just post it on your fanpage status? I'm pretty sure you cannot mass message the people who have liked your fanpage.

Yes I have done that a few times, but there has been a recent "moan" message going round that all the "likes" on your fan page miss the updates as they do not activate:

"Due to Facebook's new policy, only about 10% of people that 'like' a fan page will see the status updates. In order to see our posts and notifications just click/hover over the 'Liked' button (beneath the cover photo, to the right) and activate the 'show in news feed' option. This will allow you to see all of the posts. Please share this message wherever you can on Facebook!"

Oh yeah, I forgot they're not showing the statuses to everyone that has liked a page.

There may very well be a way to automate that but i have not looked into it. I focus much more on email for all the reasons touched on here. One thing you might do though is come up with some interactive content. A contest, a question, whatever, and email it to your list. Get people to comment and interact with your page. This should improve your priority on people's walls, at least per the most recent FB policies that I was aware of. They change so damn often.

Having trouble with your marketing? Wish you could have an experienced direct-to-fan marketing expert look over your actual campaigns, music, or content and offer feedback? Or perhaps you’re just looking for a little one-on-one assistance so you can ask questions that pertain to your specific goals and get a second, more experienced, perspective? Personally, I use facebook posts etc. to build relationships, and facebook ads to generate traffic. I realize ads costs money. However, the culture on facebook is different than some other social networks. It just seems safer to me to not appear "spammy" on facebook. That's my opinion.
