QuoteHi 🙂 I recently started running FB ads, and have gotten 3 conversions today, but they're not showing up on my FB ad metrics.
I thought I had set up my new custom conversion properly, but I don't know why my sales aren't registering (my conversion is set up for sales).
I also can't contact anyone at FB ads -- does anyone have suggestions on how to either solve my problem or contact someone at FB who can help me troubleshoot?

Josh just helped me figure out the problem -- I had chosen "Purchase" rather than "Custom Conversion" when I was choosing my Campaign Objective. 🙂

Hi Ali,
Steve here, from support. Happy to hear that you got some direction.
I was going to suggest looking into the custom conversion as well and either checking what you've mentioned above, or double checking to make sure you've picked the correct page on your site to trigger the conversion event, in the custom conversion set up.
Let us know if you are still having difficulties at all.
