I would be extraordinarily skeptical of traffic gigs on Fiverr. It is almost certainly going to be garbage. It won't cost you much to experiment, but don't expect it to convert.
Traffic is one of those things that has a market value. If it's worth anything, huge media buyers would snatch it right up. You really do get what you pay for when it comes to traffic.
