Where as i have been mostly active on Instagram, would it be better for me to use Insta when creating a custom audience until my FB followers grow?

Hi Mark,
Yes, I have been at this so long I tend to just say Facebook when in reality I men Facebook and Instagram. Because they are owned by the same company I tend to just mentally lump them together. But targeting, or retargeting Instagram users in place of, or in addition to, Facebook, is a great idea. Thanks for reminding me to clarify this.
