So, I finally got back into Facebook ads, after having been away from the game for too long. Threw together a campaign last night and ran it. This morning I have two new subscribers, so apparently something is working. However, when I went into my Ads Manager to check out the stats, all the numbers are at 0, like the campaign isn't even running (it is active, though). Since I'm not really doing anything else to drive traffic, I don't see how those new subscribers could have come from anywhere else, so I'm really confused. Has anybody come across something like this before? Before I've always had real time data.

I know this is probably super obvious, and I’m sure you’ve already checked this… But just to be sure… Do you have the date view set to lifetime? There are often times where I have things set at “today”, but I happen to be viewing only a few hours into the day, and I see zero. But when I change the view to lifetime, I suddenly see the data. Also hold down shift and F5 to clear cache and refresh. Sometimes I need to do that to get the page to update. This is all assuming you are viewing on your desktop. If you’re not, check it there. I find that app to be buggy.

It was probably just a delay. I'm seeing the data now. First time this has happened to me, but I guess these things do happen.

Cool. Glad it eventually showed up. FB ad stats are on a delay, so that is likely all it was.
