Okay, so I've just started an ad campaign and I'm running five ads with the same copy and testing different images to see which is converting best and one ad is getting a ton of clicks but not website clicks. This is definitely only running on right hand column so I don't really understand what these other clicks are - I've got 38 clicks of which only 10 are to the website. It seems to me that when I look at other right hand column ads there is only one place to click so, again, I'm confused. The screen shot of the stats and the ad preview is below. Where on that ad does anyone think they could click that would get counted as something other than a website click? Obviously, I'm not converting these clicks to email addresses (since I don't know where they're even going). If anyone can help with some insight or advice, that would be great.

Hey David,

That does sound odd. Right column ads should be going to your designated landing page. Your screen shot is too small for me to make out, but what I would do is run a report for that ad. This should give you a lot more information and may offer some clarity. If it does not, pause the ad and contact Facebook Ad support. The contact link is in the left nav bar of your ad manager. Let us know what you find out.
