Hi,
I am working on revamping my website and want to include a welcome video where I use ITunes visualizer
as part of the background image in the video to my song. Do I need to credit ITunes or Apple for use of ITunes;
Or is it just like using any software program we pay for, such as Logic or Pro Tools?
I appreciate being able to ask for feedback on this forum of masterminds... Thanks!

Thats a good question... I assume you're talking about the video display of color that goes along to the beat of a song? I don't know because it's not a unique image that is copy-written, so my assumption is you'd be fine. With that said, I'm certainly not a lawyer.
And while this is not sound legal advice, for something as non-commercial as a welcome video I'd be shocked if there was a ever a problem, copy-written or not. But again, and just as a disclaimer, I am not a lawyer and to be sure you are not violating a law you'd need to ask a lawyer.
