Hey John, quick question.

The first blog post in my funnel is nearly up to 100 comments, and it occurred to me that from a user experience perspective, I personally wouldn't want to have to scroll past that many comments just to leave one of my own. Is there a way to change the default setting so that the comment box is ABOVE all the previous comments, rather than having to scroll all the way to the bottom in order to comment?

Hi Kevin,

Steve here from support.  I'm not sure that you can move the "Leave a Comment" box, but you should be able to adjust the number of comments that appears under "Settings >> Discussion".

Let us know how you make out.

Hi Kevin,

Sorry I missed this. There is been some change in the way the forum works that has caused any posts that Steve replies to, to get marked as read. So I just discovered that I missed a few. My apologies.

But I know what you mean. It is a consideration. I like the social proof that comes with all those comments but too much scrolling isn't great. It would take some custom coding to do exactly what you described. I'll see what I can do for a future update. But for now, what Steve said is the best solution. Just limit the number that displays per page to 10 or 20.

Cheers.
