What I'd ideally like to do is tailor my free song offer and possibly even my funnel itself to each audience I'm targeting. What I was thinking about doing is setting the campaigns to be "on tag applied," and add the tag from the signup form itself. So the one on my current squeeze page would add one tag that triggers my current campaign, and the new one on a duplicate squeeze page would trigger a different campaign? Is that how to do this?
Hey Kevin,
Yes, you can do do it exactly like you subscribed. I recently combined all of my lists into one per business and have been exclusively using tags. I'll have more training on it at some point as eventually Aweber will phase out the legacy follow up option. Tags are amazing, but easy to screw up. Every week I catch something that I overlooked. But that is partially because I merged so many lists.
In terms of custom funnels, that is definitely something you can do. However I will warn you that it can be hard enough to manage one, let alone many for a single business. But some can pull it off. If you have any idea, I'd run with it and see what happens. But better to have one funnel that works great than six that work ok. Just keep that in mind as you proceed.
Let me know how it goes.

I manage several artists and I've been using tags to move people from my initial sales funnel once they complete it to a drip funnel which is a long term campaign. I wish Aweber set up paypal integration so that different products just tag the customer rather than move them to a second list. Right now that's where it can get tricky - especially if you're using Aweber for multiple artists in the same account.
Hey Kevin,
I hear you. I addresses a lot of this in my answer to your related question in a different thread. If I understand what you are doing correctly, I think the simplest thing is going to be to use different lists and use their automation rules to unsubscribe people from certain lists based on events. Not as clean, but it may do everything you want.
