I downloaded the plugin "MetaRobots by SEO Sign," and activated the plugin, but I don't see any place on my pages (Thank you and Sales pages) where I can access the MetaRobots plugin (so I can tick "No Index, No Follow"). Any advice on how to proceed?

Hey Ali,
That is not the exact plugin I use so I'm not that familiar with it. I use Wordpress Meta Robots. But the plugin has not been updated in a while and so it's no longer indexed in the Wordpress directory. So if you use it, you do so at your own risk.
The plugin you are using is accessed from settings. Then click on the plugin name and you will see the options.
