I'm having two problems...   Testing on an iPhone 5s.

Sales page templates show up with a grey bar on the right side of the screen.

At first I thought it was some kind of widget sidebar, but I think it's just squeezing the whole thing down to about 75% of the width it should be.

Secondly, the footer menu doesn't show up on the phone.

Anyone fixed this issued before?

Thanks

Tony

Hey Tony,

We just learned about the footer links not appearing on some mobile devices and updated the theme four or five days ago. So you might try just updating your theme and see if it fixes everything. You can find the theme in the MMM members area. Not sure about the page break issue you are describing. Does the page have a page expiration robot timer on it? If the update doesn't fix it can you please post a link to the page, as well as a screen shot?

Cool, that fixed the footer problem, but it broke the shortcode I did for the birth certificate image stuff.

The sales page and full width page still have a grey bar on the right side with my iPhone with the new theme.

Hopefully I can investigate more tonight or tomorrow.

I'm not positive but it looks like it's the like button that is causing it. The width of the page collapses to 288px in mobile but the like button iframe is set to 450px. Try removing it and see if that fixes it.

You nailed it!  And saved me some time!!

1000's thanks.

The theme guy didn't happen to say where the issue with the footer in the last theme was did he?

I swapped out the footer.php with the one from the latest theme, but the problem was still there.

Getting close...

Time to start reviewing those Facebook ad videos.

Hi Tony,

Steve here from support.

Most likely you wouldn't change the footer.php for this issue, however it might be a part of it, so there's no harm in doing so.

Most likely what you want to upload and replace is the "mobile.css" file.

Let us know how you make out.
