Hey Anthony,
The process of selling a physical product is the same as selling a digital product, aside from the fact that you need to ask for shipping info when creating the paypal button, and then your delivery email would be modified to explain that it would be shipped soon.

I would just be sure to create two different (tag triggered campaigns) and send the post order email based on the product that was ordered.
