Most themes (including the MMM theme) do not allow you to customize the style of static elements on a page by page bases. So to do that you would need to have someone code a custom page type (which wouldn't be hard or expensive). A DIY, but slightly more convoluted solution would be to install a second install of wordpress on a subdomain and then customize that install of the theme differently. Then you could split test two different squeeze pages by either running two ads within the same ad set and optimizing for conversions, or you could use the split test script I provide in the split testing lesson here in the IC (there are a few).
