Hi Andrew,
I'm not seeing any attachment. But I think I know what is going on. Dreamhost is now adding some additional plugins by default that are not needed and which clash with the MMM template.
Lets start by going into your plugins and look for anything that you did not turn on and I did not proscribe. They are likely labeled something like "page builder" "builder" "etc". Deactivate them and refresh the page by holding down the shift key and pressing f5 at the same time. If that doesn't fix it then please post a link to the page..
